Accomodation

Accomodation will be partially provided at the University Guest House, at 5 minutes walk from the conference room (see below). We have also agreed special prices with some hotels near the University (up to 20 minutes walking distance, and a shuttle bus will be provided). Please use the informations below to book your room. In order to get the agreed price, don't forget to mention that you participate to Cross-Scale Workshop. University residence (only up to 30 rooms) and hotel rooms (up to 120 rooms) will be guaranteed for booking before February 10th 2009 After this date we will not be able to guarantee the availability.

The University Residence "Socrates"

The University Campus is provided with a comfortable guest house, in a regular 3* hotel style. All rooms are equipped with wireless internet connection. Breakfast is not served (there are bars at 3 minutes walking distance).

NEWS: since February 2nd 2009, all the rooms in the University guest-house are already fully booked for the period of the conference. Therefore, you should search for a room in one of the hotels suggested below.

Prices of the rooms are:

Suite room (4 rooms, which can be used for both one or two persons):   45€ (one person), 60€ (two persons)

Single room (13 rooms):  25€

Double room (13 rooms, which can be used for both one or two persons):   30€ (one person), 40€ (two persons)
